Portable Inspection System

The Cobra Universal Portable Control Console is designed to operate a crawler and pan, tilt and zoom camera. It has all the features of truck mounted inspection controls.

This controller comes complete with a solid-state computer and sunlight-readable touch screen. Available with or without the CobraTouch™ Data Logger, this lightweight, rugged Controller can be configured for any U.S. made pipeline inspection system, single or multi-conductor, and any inspection software. It’s truly universal!

Universal Portable Control Console

The Cobra control console is installed in a high impact resistant, lightweight case.

The 10.4" sunlight-readable touch screen and rack mounted solid state data logger, together with all the controls, are neatly packaged in the console panel.

Electronic footage display and keyboard are standard. The portable console operates on 110VAC and weighs 45 lbs.

Portable Reel Assembly

The portable reel is installed on a light weight high strength hand cart for ease of handling. The reel can hold up to 1000' 3/8" video cable. The reel is normally supplied with 600' of 1/2" Kevlar cable.

Free wheel electric clutch, electric rewind gear motor, electric brake, power level wind and electronic footage counter are standard on the Cobra portable reel. The reel rewind speed control and footage LED display panel are installed in a waterproof box installed behind the reel.
